Boao, a small town in China, can offer Uganda a lot, according to Chu Maoming, the Charge d'Affaires at the embassy of the People's Republic of China. Boao is the headquarters of the Boao Forum for Asia, which promotes economic exchange and coopperation within Asia and between Asia and other parts of the world.
